Sail Antigua & Barbuda’s Blue Seas – Tours and Charters
Antigua has a long and storied sailing history that is continued on with their annual ‘Sailing Week’, which attracts dozens of yachts and hundreds of visitors from around the world to Nelson’s Dockyard for the Caribbean’s top Regatta.
For landlubbers visiting the Caribbean, an Antigua sailing adventure provides travelers with the opportunity to experience the islands from a perspective few get to see. Feel the wind in your hair as you quietly glide along the coasts of Antigua & Barbuda – You’ll get a unique appreciation of the mountainous south-west of Antigua, as well as her many forts, bays and off-shore islands, all ringed by clear blue waters. The boats will also drop anchor near a reef full of sea-life for some snorkeling or diving. Of course watching the sunset from sea also has its charms. Sail Antigua with tour operators offering a variety of sailing adventures, you can even join a crew for some races. Perhaps a yacht charter, with or without a crew, is more your speed.
