Grenada Travel Information – Adventures & Things to Do

Grenada is a tri-island nation and the most southern of the Caribbean’s Windward Islands – About 165 miles (265km) south-west of Barbados and a little more than 100 miles (165km) north of Trinidad & Tobago and the South American coast. The mountainous main island of Grenada is oval-shaped, approximately 20 miles (33km) long and 12 miles (18km) wide. The nation of Grenada encompasses the smaller islands of Carriacou and Petite Martinique, as well as dozens of very small islets! Regular ferry service connects the main three islands, and there are also island hopper flights between the main island and Carriacou, which are approximately 18 miles (30 km) apart.
